You’ll be mesmerized as you overlook the sheer beauty and vast expanse of the Canyon, stop at the best viewpoints, and receive extensive information about the history and geology of this magnificent natural wonder that can't be found in guidebooks. En route to the Park, you'll pass through the Mojave Desert and travel stretches of Route 66 in a luxurious 10-passenger Tour Trekker. This custom vehicle is equipped with plush leather captain’s chairs, extra-large viewing windows, and a flat-screen DVD player for the ultimate touring experience. Lunch is provided! Due to new NPS guidance, non-US residents may be subject to a $100 entrance fee.

Itinerary

   Pass by

   Your tour sets off along historic Route 66 through the Mojave Desert, past the old Santa Fe Railway. Along the way, you’ll gain insider information about the wildlife, history, myths and legends of the Southwest.

   Mather Point

   15 min

   Mather Point showcases the vastness of the Grand Canyon. It’s the perfect place to take panoramic photos, with distant views of the North Rim visible across the 10-mile expanse.

   Grand Canyon Village

   1h

   Enjoy some free time at the Grand Canyon Village, home to the historic Bright Angel Lodge and El Tovar Lodge. Explore on your own time before making your way back to Las Vegas.

   Yavapai Observation Station

   1h

   Walk to Yavapai Point from Mather Point (less than 3/4 mile). It’s more non-stop photo ops at Yavapai Observation Station. This unique viewpoint offers more stunning vistas and an indoor experience that covers the site’s geology and topography with a wall of windows for unobstructed views over the rim.

Thank you for your reservation with Pink Jeep Tours. Please contact us as early as you can to provide your lunch selection for this tour. Due to recent changes to the National Park entrance fees, we have to ask if everyone in your party is a US resident? Please call our reservations office at 800-873-3662 to discuss the status of each person going on tour as soon as possible. All non-US Residents will incur an additional $100 per person fee. The fee is waived for up to 4 people with an America the Beautiful pass. The National Park Service requires all US residents aged 16 and older to have a verified ID on them while visiting the Park. Please remember to bring your ID with you on the day of your tour.
