-Please arrive at the designated pick-up location 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time and look for the tour bus with the National Park Express logo. -Present your valid photo ID to the tour staff. -IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not book additional activities, shows, meals, or attractions after this tour on the same day. Road or weather delays may occur. National Park Express (NPE) is not responsible for missed events, show tickets, flights, dining reservations, or related expenses. -INTOXICATION POLICY: Service may be refused to guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refunds will be issued. -Please Note: National Park fees may apply for international visitors. If applicable, this fee is collected in-destination and not at the time of booking. -Shuttle requires minimum number of travelers. If minimums are not met, guests may be offered a reschedule or full refund.

Luggage stored in the vehicle's luggage compartment is accepted solely as a courtesy and transported at the guest's own risk. We assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or delay involving luggage or personal belongings. Guests should keep all valuables, medications, travel documents, cash, electronics, and other essential items with them at all times.
