Departure & meeting point

•Tour departs from the Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines Terminal located in Boulder City, Nevada, approximately 30-40 minutes from Las Vegas. • If no transfers options is selected, customers must arrive 45 minutes to the Airport prior to the schedule flight for check-in.

• Hotel transfers are available from select Las Vegas Strip and Downtown hotels. To schedule hotel transfers, call the local supplier for exact pick-up time and location that best accommodates you.

Important information

• All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8484. Specialists are available daily from 8:00am to 8:00pm (Pacific Time). • Self-drive passengers must check-in for their flight 45 minutes prior to departure. • Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of two and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate • All passengers 18 years of age and older must present government-issued photo ID • For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing 300 lbs or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour • All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. • Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.

• Please Note: Passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg) may be subject to additional fees at check-in.
• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
• This tour is not handicap accessible but can accommodate people who use wheelchairs if they are able to get in and out of both the bus and the aircraft on their own. We are unable to store wheelchairs on the buses or at our check-in facility.
• Your itinerary may be modified for safety and/or operational considerations
• Planes can hold up to 17-passegners depending on total weight of the plane
• Please note: This is an air-only tour. The aircraft will not be landing at any of the destinations
