Itinerary

   Based on your chosen departure point, you can either make your own way to the applicable terminal or enjoy complimentary round-trip transportation from one of eight designated Las Vegas pickup hotels. If making your own way to the terminal, please arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled helicopter flight for check-in and pre-flight preparations.

   Lake Mead National Recreation Area

   Your adventure begins with a spectacular flight over Lake Mead National Recreation Area, offering a bird’s-eye view of the vast blue waters, rugged desert landscape, and dramatic scenery surrounding one of the largest man-made lakes in the United States.

FOR LAS VEGAS TOUR - • For Las Vegas Tour Without Transport: Passengers must arrange transportation to air terminal 45-minutes before flight time.

FOR BOULDER CITY TOUR - • Tour departs from the Papillon Terminal located in Boulder City, Nevada, approximately 30-45 minutes from Las Vegas. • If the no transfer option is selected, customers must arrive to terminal 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time to check-in.

All guests must call within 72 hours of their tour to reconfirm tour details, including their pickup time and pickup location. Please look for a large vehicle with Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters displayed prominently on its exterior. Your driver will transport you to our terminal in Boulder City, Nevada. The drive takes approximately 35 minutes. Guests who prefer to drive themselves to the departure location are welcome to do so and will not miss any portion of the tour experience. Specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Pacific Time). • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of two and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate • All passengers 18 years of age and older must present a government-issued photo ID • For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing 300 lbs or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat.
