Departure & meeting point

•Tour departs from the Papillon Terminal located in Boulder City, Nevada, approximately 30-45 minutes from Las Vegas. • If customers decide to drive themselves or take a ride share to the terminal, they must arrive 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time to check-in.

• Hotel transfers are available from 8 major hotels along Las Vegas Strip and Downtown area. Pick up time may vary based on the hotel you choose.

• All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-736-7243. Specialists are available daily from 8:00am to 8:00pm (Pacific Time). • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of two and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate • All passengers 18 years of age and older must present government-issued photo ID • For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing 300 lbs or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour • All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. • Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft. • Optional hotel transfers are available (must select option) from select hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown. To schedule hotel transfers call the local supplier and select that option when booking. • If no transfers options is selected, customers must arrive 45 minutes to the Airport prior to the schedule flight for check-in. This operator requires you to contact them directly prior to this tour/activity.
